Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TiviMode website, customer dashboard and streaming subscription services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login details confidential. Notify TiviMode support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Prices, included content categories and available plans may change from time to time; where required, we'll give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing unless you hold a separate reseller agreement with TiviMode. You agree not to share your account credentials outside your household, attempt to circumvent access controls, resell access without authorisation, or use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law.

4. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and performing well, but streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection and device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance or upgrades.

5. Suspension & Termination

TiviMode may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, including suspected credential sharing outside a household, payment disputes, or abusive conduct toward staff. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiviMode is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
